We are proud to now offer onsite OD shaft turning.

Above is a shaft turning job we recently completed. The 6” diameter shaft was worn 1.25” deep x 6” wide around the shaft. It was too expensive for the customer to replace. We came in and overfilled the damaged section with weld and machined the shaft back to 6” to accept a pillow block bearing.
